If your clinic keeps patients in day-care or observation, admit them straight from their existing chart. Optionally note a bed or room and a reason. Everyone currently admitted shows on your home screen.
Set a price list once, add charges by quantity
Set your day-care charges once — for example, Oxygen support. During the stay, pick a charge from your list and enter the quantity to add it to the patient's bill.
Record payments and see the balance
Record payments as your front desk takes them — cash, UPI or card — including part-payments spread across days. The running balance stays on screen, so staff know the outstanding amount before discharge.
Print an itemised bill and discharge
When the stay ends, print an itemised bill listing every charge and the total, then discharge the patient. It is an itemised bill your patient can use for insurance. It is not a GST or tax invoice, and UpcharHub does not file, process or guarantee any insurance claim.

It prints an itemised bill your patient can use for insurance. UpcharHub does not file, process or guarantee any insurance or cashless TPA claim, and it is not a GST or tax invoice.
Does UpcharHub collect payments online?
No. UpcharHub is not a payment gateway and does not collect money online. It only records payments taken at the clinic.
Is this a hospital IPD or HIS system?
No. It is for small practices with a few day-care or observation beds, not a hospital. There is no ward or bed board, no admin console, and no lab system.
How do I get the day-care add-on?
