Upload your clinic logo to print left of your clinic name on a Classic or Bold letterhead on plain A4 or A5 paper, or tick "I print on my own letterhead" to leave 2–6 cm blank at the top for your pre-printed pad. Does UpcharHub create prescriptions?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
Can the doctor dictate by voice?
Yes. Dictate the visit in any of ten languages — Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English — and UpcharHub writes it up in English. The doctor reviews, prints the unsigned draft and signs it.
