The 30-day money-back window begins on the day of your first payment, not when you sign up. Every clinic gets its first month free with no card or UPI needed. The guarantee protects your payment if you decide UpcharHub is not suited to your OPD.

No questions asked

To ask for a refund, email contact@upcharhub.in. You do not need to give a reason, fill out a form, or take a call. If you ask within 30 days of paying, your payment is refunded in full.

Export your records first

A refund permanently closes your account. All patient records, visit notes, medical histories, and prescribed medicines data are deleted immediately. Deletion is permanent with no recovery window and nothing kept to restore later. Export every patient record you need before emailing us.

Account deletion

A refund means your clinic's record in UpcharHub ends completely. If you ever need to remove your clinic data independently without asking for a refund, you can delete your account at any time.

The first 500 doctors to sign up keep UpcharHub free for life. Because those accounts are never charged, the refund guarantee does not apply to them.
