Design your letterhead in the app with your clinic logo beside your clinic name on plain A4 or A5 paper, or tick "I print on my own letterhead" to leave 2–6 cm blank at the top for your pre-printed pad. If the patient's phone number is on file, your finished prescription goes to their WhatsApp as a picture, followed by a reminder the evening before the follow-up date you set. A phone number is never required to record a patient.

Is there free clinic management software in India?

Does UpcharHub create prescriptions or sell medicines?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
