UpcharHub checks the prescription when you print for major interactions, pregnancy and allergies, with dose checks for about 20 high-risk medicines, and makes your letterhead from a photo of your old one. We couldn't find either on MocDoc's clinic page as of November 2026. MocDoc does have favourite medicine sets, online appointments, multi-doctor clinics and in-patient records.
Does UpcharHub create prescriptions or sell medicines?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
