Is this a digital signature or DSC?
No. It is an image of your own signature, which prints on your prescription once our team has verified your registration certificate and you print from your clinic's printer. It also needs a fingerprint or face check on your device. Whether a printed image of your signature is accepted is your call as the prescriber; you can always sign the printout by hand.
Can my front-desk staff print my signature?
No. Your saved signature is added only after the fingerprint or face check on a device you set up. Without that check, the prescription prints without your signature.
Can I upload a photo of my signature instead of drawing it?
Yes. You can either draw it on screen with your finger or mouse, or sign on white paper and upload a clear photo.
What if my phone or computer has no fingerprint or face check?
The prescription still prints without the signature, and you sign it by hand.
