Medicines already in the visit are skipped
If a medicine is already in the visit, by the same name or the same molecule, adding the set skips it so it does not go on the parchi twice. If you want both, tap "Add anyway".
Your usual doses fill in for you
When you pick a medicine, your usual dose for it fills in. Only empty fields are filled, never overwriting what you typed. Usual doses are pre-filled once from your own visits of the last 180 days. Your usual medicines lead every medicine menu, under "★ Your usual".

Is this AI choosing medicines or doses?
No. You save your own recurrent prescriptions, and usual doses come once from your own visits of the last 180 days. You always choose what goes on the visit.
What if a saved set has a medicine already in the visit?
It is skipped if it matches by name or by molecule. Tap "Add anyway" if you want it on the parchi too.
Will a usual dose overwrite what I typed?
No. Your usual dose only fills fields that are empty.
Does UpcharHub create prescriptions or sell medicines?
No. UpcharHub is practice-management software for registered medical practitioners. It does not create or issue prescriptions for patients, and it does not sell, stock or dispense any medicine. A doctor writes up their own visit and prints an unsigned draft, which becomes a valid prescription only after that treating doctor signs it. No patient can sign up for UpcharHub or ask it for anything: the only things that ever reach a patient are a copy of what their own doctor wrote and chose to send them, and a reminder of the follow-up date that doctor set.
